  • 12 oz yakisoba noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cups cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup celery sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Method
 

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  4. Add vegetables and stir-fry until slightly tender.
  5. Add noodles and toss well.
  6. Pour sauce over noodles and stir-fry until evenly coated.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy.
