Ingredients
  

Steak and Potatoes
  • 2 lb steak sirloin or ribeye
  • 1.5 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.25 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and prepare a large sheet pan.
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper and roast for 20 minutes.
  3. Season steaks and prepare parmesan crust mixture.
  4. Add steaks to pan, top with parmesan crust, and bake 10–15 minutes.
  5. Broil briefly for a golden crust, rest steaks, and serve.
