- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line or grease a muffin tin.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and rosemary.
- Whisk eggs, milk, and oil in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fill muffin cups ¾ full and sprinkle extra cheese on top.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Brush tops with melted butter and cool slightly before serving.
Notes
