- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan.
- Whisk dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Alternate mixing dry ingredients with sour cream.
- Fold in peaches and pour batter into pan.
- Bake 35–40 minutes and cool completely.
- Prepare frosting by cooking butter and brown sugar, then adding cream and powdered sugar.
- Spread frosting over cooled cake and serve.
