- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
- Mix rolled oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Whisk eggs, milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and melted butter until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir well.
- Spread mixture into baking dish and swirl strawberry jam on top.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until center is set.
- Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use natural peanut butter for best flavor. Can be refrigerated up to 5 days or frozen up to 3 months.
