- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk melted butter with sugars until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips and crushed peppermint.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheets, spacing evenly.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until crackled and set at edges.
- Cool on rack before serving.
Notes
