Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
- Beat butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract and orange zest.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the batter alternating with milk.
- Fold in dried cranberries, raisins, and walnuts.
- Pour batter into loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool for 15 minutes in pan, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

Add an orange glaze or powdered sugar dusting for a festive presentation.
