Chicken
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 2 garlic cloves smashed

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry and season evenly on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear chicken for 6–7 minutes without moving.
  4. Flip chicken, reduce heat, add butter and garlic.
  5. Baste chicken and cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Rest chicken 5 minutes before serving.
