Method
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, chopped pickles, cheddar, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and chives until smooth.
- Spread mixture evenly over tortillas, leaving 1/2-inch border.
- Layer smoked salmon or ham if using.
- Roll tortillas tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill at least 30 minutes.
- Slice rolls into 1-inch pinwheels and arrange on serving platter.
- Serve chilled with optional dips.
Notes
