Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives chopped
  • optional smoked salmon or deli ham slices for layering

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, chopped pickles, cheddar, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and chives until smooth.
  2. Spread mixture evenly over tortillas, leaving 1/2-inch border.
  3. Layer smoked salmon or ham if using.
  4. Roll tortillas tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill at least 30 minutes.
  5. Slice rolls into 1-inch pinwheels and arrange on serving platter.
  6. Serve chilled with optional dips.

Notes

Chill before slicing to maintain shape. Garnish with fresh chives for presentation.
