- Cook pierogies in salted boiling water according to package instructions and drain.
- Heat oil in a skillet and brown kielbasa slices, then remove and set aside.
- Add butter and cook onions until caramelized.
- Stir in garlic and seasonings, cooking briefly.
- Add pierogies and pan-fry until golden on both sides.
- Return kielbasa to skillet and mix everything together.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
