- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix sugar and melted butter until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla.
- Stir in crushed pineapple with juice.
- Add dry ingredients alternating with milk. Mix gently.
- Pour batter into pan and smooth top.
- Bake 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Do not drain the pineapple for best moisture.
