- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs, vanilla extract, and almond extract until smooth.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Add milk and stir until combined.
- Fold in chopped pistachios and white chocolate chips.
- Spread dough evenly into prepared baking pan.
- Bake 28–34 minutes until lightly golden and center is set.
- Cool completely before glazing.
- Whisk glaze ingredients together and drizzle over bars. Garnish with crushed pistachios before slicing.
Notes
For extra flavor, lightly toast the pistachios before adding them to the batter. Store bars in an airtight container for best freshness.
