Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 6 oz dark chocolate chopped
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup Nutella for swirling
  • 6 Ferrero Rocher chocolates halved or chopped
  • 1/3 cup pistachios roasted, roughly chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and dark chocolate together until smooth. Let cool slightly.
  3. Whisk in sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until glossy.
  4. Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into pan. Dollop Nutella and swirl with a knife.
  6. Scatter halved Ferrero Rocher chocolates and chopped pistachios on top.
  7. Bake 30–35 minutes until edges are set and center is fudgy.
  8. Cool completely before slicing into 12 squares.

Notes

Optional: drizzle with melted chocolate for a more decadent finish. Store in airtight container for up to 4 days.
