Ingredients
  

Pizza Base
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Toppings
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs large
  • 0.5 cup breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 0.5 cup bacon cooked and chopped
  • 0.25 cup bell peppers diced
  • 0.25 cup onion diced

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Brush dough with olive oil and sprinkle with cheeses.
  4. Add cooked sausage, bacon, peppers, and onion evenly.
  5. Crack eggs onto the pizza and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and eggs are set to preference.
  7. Rest briefly, slice, garnish, and serve warm.
