Ingredients
  

Noodle Bowl
  • 1 package frozen potstickers chicken or vegetable
  • 8 oz ramen or lo mein noodles
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • 3 cups bok choy chopped
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 4 green onions sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro for garnish
  • 1 lime cut into wedges
Sauce
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Pot for noodles
  • Mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Whisk together all sauce ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
  2. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook potstickers until golden brown.
  4. Add water, cover, and steam potstickers until fully cooked.
  5. Remove potstickers and sauté garlic and ginger in the same skillet.
  6. Add bok choy, carrots, and bell pepper. Stir-fry until slightly tender.
  7. Return noodles to the skillet and pour in the sauce.
  8. Toss everything together until evenly coated and heated through.
  9. Serve noodles in bowls topped with potstickers and garnishes.
