Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée 100% pure pumpkin
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or honey to taste
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Warm milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
  2. Whisk in pumpkin purée until smooth.
  3. Add maple syrup, spices, and vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk gently for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour into mugs and serve warm or chilled.

Notes

Adjust sweetness and spices to taste. Can be made dairy-free.
