Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups milk dairy or plant-based
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée 100% pure pumpkin
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup to taste
  • 0.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Whisk milk and pumpkin purée together in a small saucepan.
  2. Heat over medium-low, stirring frequently, until hot but not boiling.
  3. Add maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Whisk for 3–5 minutes until smooth and lightly frothy.
  5. Pour into mugs, garnish if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Adjust sweetness and spices to taste. Can be made dairy-free.
