Ingredients
  

Crepe Batter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1.25 cups milk whole
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk flour and salt. Add eggs and whisk until smooth.
  2. Gradually whisk in milk until a thin batter forms.
  3. Whisk in melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  4. Heat a lightly buttered nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour batter into the pan and swirl to coat evenly.
  6. Cook until edges lift, flip, and cook briefly on the second side.
  7. Repeat with remaining batter and serve warm.
