- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish.
- Pat cod fillets dry and place in baking dish.
- Mix mayonnaise, parmesan, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mixture evenly over cod fillets.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until cod flakes easily.
- Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra browning if desired.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Use fresh parmesan for best browning and flavor. Avoid overcooking to keep fish tender.
