Ingredients
  

Pasta & Chicken
  • 12 oz pasta penne or rigatoni
  • 2 chicken breasts sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp butter
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove minced
Garnish
  • green onions chopped
  • sesame seeds

Equipment

  • Large pot
  • Skillet

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve pasta water and drain.
  2. Season and cook chicken in olive oil and butter until golden and cooked through.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, vinegar, and garlic to make the sauce.
  4. Combine chicken, pasta, and sauce in a skillet and toss well.
  5. Add pasta water if needed and heat until creamy and coated.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Adjust spice level to taste and serve immediately for best texture.
