Ingredients
  

Nugget Mixture
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast finely shredded
  • 0.5 cup broccoli steamed and chopped
  • 0.25 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp cheese optional
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheet.
  2. Mix chicken, broccoli, breadcrumbs, egg, cheese, and oil.
  3. Shape into small nuggets.
  4. Place on baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Cool before serving.

Notes

Freeze leftovers for quick meals. Adjust texture for baby's age.
