- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Spread softened cream cheese evenly over each flatbread.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Arrange jalapeño slices evenly across the flatbreads.
- Sprinkle bacon bits (if using).
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and garnish with fresh cilantro or green onions.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
To make vegetarian, simply skip the bacon. Add more jalapeños for extra heat.
