Ingredients
  

  • 2 large flatbreads store-bought or homemade
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 fresh jalapeños thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits optional
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 pinch salt & pepper
  • fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. Spread softened cream cheese evenly over each flatbread.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  6. Arrange jalapeño slices evenly across the flatbreads.
  7. Sprinkle bacon bits (if using).
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh cilantro or green onions.
  10. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

To make vegetarian, simply skip the bacon. Add more jalapeños for extra heat.
