- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in dry ingredients until dough forms.
- Divide dough and color each portion.
- Chill dough for 1 hour.
- Roll into balls and coat in powdered sugar.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until crinkled. Cool before serving.
Notes
Use gel food coloring for best results and chill dough thoroughly for a perfect crinkle texture.
