- Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper.
- Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
- Mix Oreo crumbs with cream cheese, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups into the mixture.
- Roll mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place on prepared tray.
- Chill truffles for 45 minutes until firm.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
- Dip chilled truffles into melted chocolate and coat completely.
- Decorate with Oreo crumbs, chopped Reese’s, or peanut butter drizzle.
- Refrigerate until chocolate hardens, then serve chilled.
