Ingredients
  

Truffle Filling
  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Reese’s peanut butter cups chopped
Chocolate Coating
  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
Optional Toppings
  • 0.25 cup crushed Oreo crumbs
  • 0.25 cup melted peanut butter for drizzle
  • 0.25 cup chopped Reese’s candy

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper.
  2. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
  3. Mix Oreo crumbs with cream cheese, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups into the mixture.
  5. Roll mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place on prepared tray.
  6. Chill truffles for 45 minutes until firm.
  7. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  8. Dip chilled truffles into melted chocolate and coat completely.
  9. Decorate with Oreo crumbs, chopped Reese’s, or peanut butter drizzle.
  10. Refrigerate until chocolate hardens, then serve chilled.

Notes

Keep truffles refrigerated for best texture and flavor. Freeze extras for up to 3 months.
