Method
- Combine peaches, water, and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 10–15 minutes until peaches soften and release flavor.
- Strain mixture and discard solids.
- Brew tea by steeping tea bags in hot water for 5–7 minutes.
- Cool both mixtures and combine in a pitcher.
- Add lemon juice if desired and chill for at least 1–2 hours.
- Serve over ice with peach slices and mint.
Notes
Adjust sweetness based on peach ripeness. Best served chilled.
