Ingredients
  

Peach Base
  • 4 peaches sliced
  • 4 cups water
  • 0.5-0.75 cup sugar adjust to taste
Tea
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 black tea bags
Serving
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice optional
  • ice cubes
  • mint leaves optional

  • Fine mesh strainer

Method
 

  1. Combine peaches, water, and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Simmer for 10–15 minutes until peaches soften and release flavor.
  3. Strain mixture and discard solids.
  4. Brew tea by steeping tea bags in hot water for 5–7 minutes.
  5. Cool both mixtures and combine in a pitcher.
  6. Add lemon juice if desired and chill for at least 1–2 hours.
  7. Serve over ice with peach slices and mint.

Notes

Adjust sweetness based on peach ripeness. Best served chilled.
