- Sift matcha powder into a small bowl to remove clumps.
- Add hot water and whisk rapidly until smooth and lightly foamy.
- In a glass, combine milk, rose syrup, and honey. Stir well.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the rose milk mixture over the ice.
- Slowly pour the whisked matcha on top to create layers.
- Garnish with dried rose petals and optional rose syrup drizzle.
- Stir gently before drinking and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Adjust sweetness by adding more or less rose syrup or honey. Plant-based milk works perfectly for a dairy-free version.
