Margarita Ingredients
  • 2 oz tequila blanco or reposado
  • 1 oz triple sec or orange liqueur
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 0.5 cup pineapple chunks fresh
  • 1-2 tsp agave syrup or simple syrup optional
  • Ice
  • Lime wedges and blueberries for garnish
  • Salt or sugar for rimming glass optional

Method
 

  1. Rub a lime wedge around the edge of glasses and dip in salt or sugar if rimming.
  2. Combine tequila, triple sec, pineapple juice, lime juice, blueberries, pineapple chunks, and syrup in a blender.
  3. Add ice and blend until smooth. Adjust consistency with more ice or juice if needed.
  4. Pour into prepared glasses.
  5. Garnish with lime wedges and blueberries. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen fruit for a slushy texture. Adjust sweetness as needed. Can scale up for pitchers.
