- Blend watermelon until smooth.
- Strain juice if desired for smoother texture.
- Mix in sugar, lime juice, and zest.
- Blend kiwi separately and sweeten if needed.
- Combine or layer mixtures in a shallow dish.
- Freeze for 1 hour until edges set.
- Scrape with a fork and return to freezer.
- Repeat scraping every 30 minutes for 2–3 hours.
- Fluff granita and serve chilled.
Notes
Use ripe fruit for best flavor. Adjust sweetness before freezing.
