- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and chocolate together until smooth. Cool slightly.
- Whisk in sugars, then add eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla and Irish cream.
- Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt just until combined.
- Pour into pan and bake 30–35 minutes. Cool completely.
- Beat butter for frosting until fluffy. Add powdered sugar gradually.
- Mix in Irish cream, vanilla, salt, and cream until smooth.
- Spread frosting over cooled brownies. Slice and serve.
