Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts large
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp lemon zest optional
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped for garnish
  • 2 lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub chicken with olive oil and coat with garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and lemon zest.
  4. Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 9 minutes, then flip the chicken.
  6. Continue cooking for 6–9 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Pound thick chicken breasts for even cooking and always allow the chicken to rest before slicing to keep it juicy.
