  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, toss pumpkin seeds with olive oil, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread seeds evenly on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  5. Cool completely before serving or storing.
