- Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, rose water, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
- Heat lightly greased skillet over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto skillet.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve warm with toppings of choice.
Notes
Use rose water sparingly to avoid overpowering flavor. Batter can rest 10 minutes for fluffier pancakes.
