- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and roast garlic bulb wrapped in foil for 30–35 minutes.
- Sauté chopped onion in olive oil until soft and translucent.
- Add rosemary and cook briefly until fragrant.
- Stir in white beans, roasted garlic, and vegetable broth.
- Simmer for 15–20 minutes.
- Blend partially for desired texture.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
