Ingredients
  

Slider Components
  • 12 mini slider buns
  • 1 lb salmon fillets skinless, cut into slider portions
  • 6 strips bacon cooked crispy
  • 1 cup lettuce torn into slider-sized pieces
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup chipotle mayo see recipe below
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • optional lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Prepare chipotle mayo by mixing mayonnaise, chopped chipotle in adobo, lime juice, and garlic powder. Refrigerate.
  2. Cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Season salmon with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Sear salmon in a skillet 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through.
  5. Slice and optionally toast slider buns.
  6. Assemble sliders with chipotle mayo, lettuce, salmon, bacon, and cherry tomatoes.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle smoked paprika over the salmon before searing.
