- Prepare chipotle mayo by mixing mayonnaise, chopped chipotle in adobo, lime juice, and garlic powder. Refrigerate.
- Cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Season salmon with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Sear salmon in a skillet 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Slice and optionally toast slider buns.
- Assemble sliders with chipotle mayo, lettuce, salmon, bacon, and cherry tomatoes.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle smoked paprika over the salmon before searing.
