Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar, then mix in egg and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients with apple cider.
- Fold in apples and pecans.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes.
- Cool completely and drizzle with caramel sauce and sea salt.
Notes
Use tart apples for best flavor contrast. Toast pecans for extra richness.
