Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 10 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar packed
Caramel Layer
  • 11 oz soft caramel candies unwrapped
  • 0.5 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • flaky sea salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press firmly into pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. Melt caramel candies with condensed milk and butter over low heat until smooth.
  5. Stir in vanilla and pour caramel evenly over crust.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips over caramel and return to oven for 5 minutes.
  7. Spread melted chocolate evenly and sprinkle with sea salt.
  8. Cool, chill until set, slice, and serve.

Notes

Chill fully before slicing for clean edges.
