Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange crackers in a single layer to cover the sheet.
- Melt butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until bubbling, then cook 3 minutes until thickened.
- Pour caramel over crackers, spreading evenly. Bake for 5 minutes until bubbling.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle chocolate chips on top, let melt, and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle flaky sea salt and chill until set, about 30 minutes.
- Break into bite-sized pieces and store in an airtight container.

Add nuts, pretzels, or coconut flakes for variation.
