Ingredients
  

Bark Base
  • 4 cups mini pretzels
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp flaky sea salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread pretzels evenly across the prepared pan.
  3. Melt butter and brown sugar together over medium heat until bubbling and thick.
  4. Pour caramel mixture over pretzels and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 5 minutes, then remove from oven.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips over hot caramel and let melt before spreading.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce and sprinkle sea salt.
  8. Cool completely, refrigerate until set, then break into pieces.

Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
