Ingredients
  

Cocktail
  • 50 ml vodka
  • 25 ml coffee liqueur
  • 30 ml heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp salted caramel sauce
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt

Equipment

  • Measuring jigger

Method
 

  1. Drizzle caramel sauce inside a glass and add ice.
  2. Pour vodka and coffee liqueur over the ice.
  3. Add caramel sauce and stir gently.
  4. Slowly pour cream over the top.
  5. Garnish with caramel drizzle and sea salt, then serve.

Notes

Adjust caramel and salt levels to taste. Best served fresh.
