  • 12 slider buns
  • 12 breakfast sausage patties cooked
  • 8 eggs large
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 12 slices cheese cheddar or American
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook sausage patties in a skillet until browned and set aside.
  3. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble gently until just set.
  4. Place bottom halves of buns in baking dish. Layer sausage, eggs, and cheese.
  5. Add top buns and brush with melted butter.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake 5–10 minutes until golden and melted.

Great for meal prep, brunch, or freezing for later.
