Method
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add sausage and brown, breaking it apart.
- Add onion and cook until softened. Stir in garlic.
- Add pasta, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, and seasonings. Stir well.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 12–15 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan until sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
If sauce thickens too much, add a splash of broth.
