Method
- Season tilapia fillets with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear tilapia 3–4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onion in butter until soft. Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Add roasted red peppers and blend mixture until smooth.
- Return sauce to skillet, stir in cream and lemon juice, and season to taste.
- Add tilapia back to skillet and simmer gently until warmed through.
Notes
Serve with rice, pasta, or crusty bread.
