- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare pie crust in pie dish and blind bake for 8 minutes.
- Cook bacon until crispy, crumble, and sauté onions in butter.
- Layer bacon, onions, and cheese into crust.
- Whisk eggs, cream, milk, and seasonings.
- Pour egg mixture over filling.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until set.
- Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, try Gruyère or Swiss cheese. Can be made crustless for a low-carb option.
