Ingredients
  

Turkey Filling
  • 3 cups cooked turkey shredded or diced
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.33 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Crescent Ring
  • 2 cans crescent roll dough
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tbsp water

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine turkey, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, cranberry sauce, green onions, garlic powder, thyme, salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
  3. Separate crescent dough into triangles and arrange in a circular ring shape on the baking sheet.
  4. Spread the turkey mixture evenly around the center of the dough ring.
  5. Fold dough points over the filling and tuck underneath to form a ring.
  6. Whisk egg with water and brush over dough.
  7. Bake for 22–26 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.

Notes

Add rosemary garnish for a festive holiday presentation. Rotisserie chicken can be substituted for turkey.
