Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 lbs chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp sazon seasoning
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Whisk together olive oil, sazon seasoning, cumin, paprika, oregano, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat chicken thighs thoroughly and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and oil grates.
  4. Grill chicken skin-side down for 6-8 minutes.
  5. Flip and cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Rest 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate overnight. Boneless thighs cook faster.
