- Whisk together olive oil, sazon seasoning, cumin, paprika, oregano, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken thighs thoroughly and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and oil grates.
- Grill chicken skin-side down for 6-8 minutes.
- Flip and cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate overnight. Boneless thighs cook faster.
