- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Mix whole kernel corn and creamed corn in a large bowl.
- Whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, flour, sugar, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Combine wet mixture with corn and stir until fully incorporated.
- Pour into baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with buttered breadcrumbs if desired.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes until set and golden.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra richness, add shredded cheese or bacon. Best served warm.
