Ingredients
  

Main Mixture
  • 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
Optional Topping
  • 1/2 cup crushed crackers or breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix whole kernel corn and creamed corn in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, flour, sugar, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  4. Combine wet mixture with corn and stir until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour into baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Top with buttered breadcrumbs if desired.
  7. Bake for 45–55 minutes until set and golden.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra richness, add shredded cheese or bacon. Best served warm.
