Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until soft. Add shrimp and cook briefly.
- Remove from heat and fold in crab meat.
- Prepare sauce by melting butter, whisking in flour, then broth, sour cream, and enchilada sauce.
- Fill tortillas with seafood mixture, roll, and place in baking dish.
- Pour sauce over enchiladas, top with cheese, and bake 25–30 minutes.

Serve hot with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
