Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice jalapeños in half, deseed, and brush with olive oil.
- Mix chopped shrimp, cream cheese, cheddar, Parmesan, sour cream, and seasonings.
- Spoon filling into jalapeño halves.
- Mix breadcrumbs, melted butter, and Parmesan; sprinkle over poppers.
- Bake 18–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm with ranch or aioli.
Notes
Control spice by removing jalapeño seeds. Broil for 1–2 minutes for a crisper top.
