Ingredients
  

Jalapeño Poppers
  • 12 jalapeños halved and deseeded
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for brushing
Shrimp Filling
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp finely chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Topping
  • 0.5 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice jalapeños in half, deseed, and brush with olive oil.
  3. Mix chopped shrimp, cream cheese, cheddar, Parmesan, sour cream, and seasonings.
  4. Spoon filling into jalapeño halves.
  5. Mix breadcrumbs, melted butter, and Parmesan; sprinkle over poppers.
  6. Bake 18–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm with ranch or aioli.

Notes

Control spice by removing jalapeño seeds. Broil for 1–2 minutes for a crisper top.
