Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 6-inch skillet.
- Mix melted butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add egg yolk and vanilla extract; stir well.
- Fold in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Press half the dough into skillet, add Nutella in center, cover with remaining dough.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden edges form.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
Slightly underbake for gooey center. Best enjoyed fresh and warm.
