Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned; drain fat.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; cook until soft.
- Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire, brown sugar, mustard, and paprika. Simmer until thickened.
- Spread beef mixture into baking dish and top with shredded cheddar.
- Cut biscuits into quarters and arrange on top. Brush with melted butter.
- Bake 25–30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
- Cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
Make sure beef filling is thick to avoid soggy biscuits. Great for freezing!
